What is Sound Bath?<\/h2><\/div>

A sound bath is meditation.<\/strong> With These specially tuned frequencies, we are able to feel the vibrations flowing through our body and get into a deep, relaxed state, almost like a trance.<\/p>\n

There is intention behind every note and every sequence your ear. Each bowl and tuning fork is tuned to a different chakra, or energy center. When these resonate with your chakras, they cleanse, they clear, they open you up, and they move energy through your body and bring you into a state of vibrational harmony. This is a time when you can return to a place of centredness, so you can let go of blockages and experience healing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

A sound bath is a successful team building activity. A unique, original and fun experience to develop bonds between workers, breaking with routine.<\/p>\n

The aim is to improve the working environment, teamwork, the sense of belonging, effective communication, work by objectives and the evaluation of results, as well as promoting occupational balance, health and quality of life. Sound facilitates relaxed communication between the participants, contributing to the integration of team members through non-verbal language.<\/p>\n

Through sound baths it is possible to access deeper levels of consciousness. Harmonics are capable of leading to a meditative state that goes beyond the personality, transcending the ego and recognising the true nature of man. This is why they are effective in the path of conflict resolution. They are practised by the CEOs of large companies such as Google or American Express to increase their productivity, as they provide an increase in mental strength, greater focus, clarity of thought in the information process, as well as in decision-making and problem-solving. They also enhance creative thinking, help reduce anxiety and impulsivity; mitigate stress and depression; improve the immune system and energy levels, breathing and heart rate, as well as sleep, mood and emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n

This activity lasts about 75 minutes. It can take place at the workplace or in a space provided by the company or by Klang Tor. If desired, each employee receives a personal invitation to the group event.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Retirement homes<\/h3><\/div>

I\u2019ll be glad to come to your retirement home with my singing bowls and tuning forks.<\/p>\n

For people suffering from dementia, the sound and vibration of the different bowls enable gentle, non-verbal communication and offer them support in sensory perception.<\/p>\n

The natural, overtone-rich sounds and the vibrations of the bowls enable deep relaxation and the harmonisation of body and mind. They promote the self-healing powers and improve body perception. Stress falls away, pain and inner restlessness can be alleviated and sleep improved.<\/p>\n

In terminal and palliative care, the singing bowls create a loving space of mutual appreciation and peace, where acceptance and letting go are possible for all involved.<\/p>\n

For anyone who wishes, of any physical condition. We will set an intention, I will lead you through a short meditation and we will proceed the bath, dressed, stretched out on the floor with mats or mattresses, although you can sit on a chair if you prefer. I mostly use singing bowls, but also other instruments and tuning forks.<\/p>\n
