My name is Vanessa Tor. Born and raised in Barcelona, I live in Switzerland, in Baden, since 2017. I am a sound puncture and sound massage practitioner, actress, theatre director and self-researcher.<\/p>\n

My restlessness and my profession have led me to investigate the body, the voice and the emotions, searching for self-knowledge in various currents of psychology and body awareness.<\/p>\n

This process, which started more than half of my life, has helped me to face great changes. However, I have felt that there are still places to explore where words, understanding, movement and physical contact are not able to reach. From the active experience I have moved to a seemingly passive work of surrender. Letting go, receiving, trusting, letting the micro-movement of the sound waves vibrate in my bones, making my cells dance. Then I have begun to experience a deep, constant transformation that allows me to resonate and harmonise with myself.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
